    Each product is handmade with love and care, and slight variations are natural, making every piece special and one of a kind.

    2. Product Information

    All products are handcrafted minor differences in color, shape, or texture may occur.

    Product images are for reference purposes only. We try our best to display accurate visuals, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight differences.

    3. Pricing and Payments

    • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).

    • Prices include basic packaging unless stated otherwise.

    • Payments must be made through the secure payment options available at checkout.

    • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

    4. Custom and Personalized Orders

    • We accept custom and personalized orders for selected products.

    • Customers must provide clear details regarding design, text, theme, or color preferences.

    • Once work on a custom product has started, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

    5. Shipping and Delivery

    • We ship across India using India Post and other reliable courier partners.

    • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch.

    • Delivery times may vary due to location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

    • Heartistics is not responsible for delays once the order has been dispatched.

    6. Cancellations

    • Non-custom orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order by contacting us.

    • Custom or personalized orders are non-cancellable once production begins.

    7. Returns and Refunds

    As our products are handmade and often customized:

    • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or personal preference.

    • Returns or refunds are accepted only if:

      • A wrong product has been sent, or

      • The product is damaged during transit.

    To request a return or refund, email us within 24 hours of delivery at
