Exchange & Return Policy – Heartistics

At Heartistics, every product is handmade with love and care. Since our items are handcrafted and often customized, we follow a limited exchange and return policy.

Please read carefully before placing your order.


1. No Return / No Exchange on Handmade & Custom Products

As our products are:

  • Handmade

  • Often personalized

  • Made to order

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Color preference differences

  • Minor variations in design, texture, or shade

  • Damage caused after delivery

These small variations are natural in handmade art and make each piece unique.


2. When Exchange or Return Is Accepted

We only accept exchange or return if:

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is damaged during transit

In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Your Order ID

  • Unboxing video (if available, it helps in faster approval)

3. Replacement Process

Once your request is approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product

  • If replacement is not possible, a refund or store credit may be provided


4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in valid cases:

  • Wrong item sent

  • Product damaged in shipping

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.


5. Custom Orders

All customized or personalized orders are:

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-exchangeable

  • Non-refundable

Once production starts, cancellation or modification is not possible.


6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
In approved cases, return shipping will be guided by our team.
